Radiation Oncology
Greg Vlacich, MD, radiation oncology Dr. Vlacich is medical director of Radiation Oncology at AMH, with offices in Medical Office Building C (618.433.7979) on the AMH campus. He is an assistant professor of radiation oncology at Washington University School of Medicine, and a Siteman Cancer Center member. Dr. Vlacich earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago/Pritzker School of Medicine in 2009. He also earned a doctorate in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology from Pritzker. He joined the Washington University faculty in 2016 from a private practice with a focus on treatment of head and neck, CNS, and GI and GU tract malignancies. His clinical practice and academic interests include lung cancer, esophageal cancer, prostate cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, head and neck cancer, and stereotactic body radiation therapy.

Alfred Greco, MD

Matthew Musielak, MD, general surgery Dr. Musielak earned his medical degree from Ross University and graduated with high honors in 2009. He then completed his general surgery residency at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, where he served as chief resident during his last year. He joined Alton Surgery in June 2019. Kaycee Evers, FNP-C, general surgery
Kaycee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner working with Dr. Chris Aldridge and Dr. Matthew Musielak at Alton Surgery (618.462.3191, Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B on the AMH campus). She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Maryville University. She practiced previously at Alton Memorial Hospital as an acute care and ICU nurse. Kaycee provides clinical assessment of the need for surgical services, history and physical exams, medication review, post-operative clinical assessment including incision site management, and suture and staple removal.

Mary Schinkel, DO, otolaryngology Dr. Schinkel is with the BJC Medical Group ENT Specialists of Alton (618.433.6416) located in Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B on the AMH campus. She received her medical degree in 2006 from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She then completed a general surgery internship in St. Louis in 2007 and her Otorhinolaryngology/facial plastic surgery residency in 2011.

Paul Eckerle, pulmonology
Dr. Eckerle is a board-certified pulmonologist with the BJC Medical Group, now has office hours in Alton. Dr. Eckerle specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory system disorders. Patients of all ages can visit him for treatment of a wide variety of conditions that affect the lungs and respiratory system. Dr. Eckerle earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his internship and residency with the Indiana University Department of Internal Medicine. Chase Baxter, DO, is a board-certified pulmonologist specializing in diagnosing and treating respiratory system disorders in patients 18 years and older. He treats a wide variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, interstitial lung disease (ILD), lung cancer, pulmonary sarcoidosis and pleural effusions.
